The hall «Сradle» is the top of the building which offers a beautiful view of the one of the youngest capital of the world.  We can see from the hall the residence of President of Republic of  Kazakhstan “Ak Orda”, the building of  Government of  Republic of Kazakhstan, the Supreme Court, the symbol of the city –  the monument «Astana – Baiterek”, monument «Kazakh Ely”, the most beautiful bridges in Astana, which connects the right and the left banks of the city. Between the palace and residence of the President defeated Presidential Park.

The top of the pyramid is decorated by the stain glasses of the famous British artist, Brain Clark. There is a picture of 130 doves soaring on the blue sky under sunshine of the sun and it is a real work of art. 130 doves symbolize 130 nationalities living in Kazakhstan and represent a single nation of Kazakhstan. The capacity of the hall is 100 seats. The hall is equipped with ultramodern technique of interpretation. The hall also has digital conference –  system:

• 30 delegates remote microphones
• 6 remote interpreters
• 50 IR receivers with headphone’s
• 6 TV’s for translators.
