The play “Anna Karenina” by the immortal masterpiece of Leo Tolstoy. “Anna Karenina” – is first, the criticism of manners and the story of the deep decline of the aristocracy. People want something human, they want to love, they want to live, but their understanding and skills are so far from reality that attempts to combine dreams of a better life and reality are difficult or fail at all. The embodiment of love for a woman, a man, a child, relatives, a neighbor gets stuck in a web of distorted mores, religious dogmas, gossip, formal etiquette and helplessness of the one caught in this web gives rise to fear, hatred and, as a result, – the beast.
