The play «Yazychniki» was held in an unusual setting for theatrical productions. Around the perimeter of the stage, a semicircle was placed chairs for spectators. The game itself was held in the center. The viewer seemed to be involved in all the action.
In the play «Yazychniki» with almost documentary accuracy shows our modern life and our relationship in the family. But this, ordinary, at first glance, family history suddenly turns into a piercing-painful drama, forcing us to think about our own lives, about the crisis and the search for faith, about our “values” and the price we pay for them.
The Director presented the performance in a completely new form: a minimum of scenery, no movements, all the actors work sitting on chairs with their eyes closed. It is no coincidence that the static form of the play, which was a real stage revelation for the viewer.
