On 11.12.2019, in the framework of the state program «Rukhani Zhangyru», on the eve of the celebration of the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a master class in fine arts for children with special needs «NEW WORLD» was held at the Palace of Peace and Reconciliation in the center of Contemporary Art Center «Kulanshi». The project was supported by the charity Fund «DARA».

About the project:

The master class is held in order to motivate and increase the level of creative abilities of children with special needs. The studio for such children has been working at the Contemporary Art Сenter «Kulanshi» in the Palace of Peace and Reconciliation for the past seven years. During this time, children who have passed the first stages of studying fine arts, entered higher education institutions, built their way in the world of art and achieved great results. This event was organized in order to enable children with special needs to discover new facets, develop their creativity and find a worthy application of their talents.
